The One Magnificent Mile Center, or the Mag Mile Center, as referred to by native Chicagoan’s, is one of the Gold Coast’s most recognized buildings! Not only is the Mag Mile Building home to Spiaggia, an award winning Italian fine dining restaurant that is nationally recognized, but it also boasts one of the premier spectacular views of Lake Michigan.
Upon walking into the Mag Mile Center, which occupies the entire 14th floor, you are unable to miss the view of Oak Street Beach and the beautiful blue and sparkling Lake Michigan. In fact, the entire executive style Gold Coast Boardroom has an exterior glass wall of windows, so the view is uninterrupted! Along with our Gold Coast Boardroom that seats 14, we also have two conference rooms, Streeterville and Lincoln Park, that seat 6 guests, perfect for more intimate meetings.
Our guests and yours will be comfortable as they wait, either in our Reception area or our Business Lounge. Our Lounge, also called the ‘Green Room’, offers wireless high-speed Internet, two high-top tables, a plethora of coffee selections as well as cappuccinos, hot chocolates, and teas, and the ‘Copy Room’ which has everything you need to touchdown and send a fax, make copies, phone calls, etc. All of our guests are more than welcome to use our Kitchen Amenities as well, which include snack machines, a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and more!
The Mag Mile center is also fully equipped, staffed, and ready to handle any request from sending out bulk mailers to typing form letters, scanning, binding, LCD projector rentals, catering served on china and silver platters and more. Our tenured team is always excited to take on new projects.
If you aren’t feeling like Italian food from Spiagga, walk out of the Center and enjoy Michigan Avenue restaurants as well as the famous Rush Street’s hip clubs, bars, and eateries! Everything from sandwiches to a Chicago Style Pizza and/or Hot dog is within a 5-minute walk! To work off your tasty lunch treats, run next door to the fitness club, Equinox, and power through the rest of the day! Of course the local Walgreen’s will have anything our building convenience shop doesn’t.
Oak Street boasts some of the best shopping next to Michigan Avenue. We are located on the corner of Michigan and Oak, so look forward to big name designers, specialty stores, and gourmet dining as well.
We are directly equidistant to both the O’Hare International Airport as well as Midway Airport with plenty of taxis waiting to take you there! The Mag Mile center also offers discounted hotel rates with the Knickerbocker Hotel and the nearby Hilton Hotel. We would be happy to assist with your reservation.
